FlyJourney is an independent third-party travel assistance company. We are not an official representative of any airline. We assist travelers in booking flights through our network of third-party travel suppliers and consolidators.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to use our services. If booking for others, you confirm you have their authorization.

3. Booking & Confirmations

• Bookings are confirmed only upon full payment and issuance of a confirmation
• All bookings are subject to the supplier's own terms and conditions
• FlyJourney acts as an intermediary, not the actual airline or service provider
• Prices are subject to change until booking is fully confirmed and paid

4. Pricing & Service Fees

All prices include applicable taxes, fees, and our service charges. FlyJourney's service fee will be clearly disclosed before booking confirmation. We are not responsible for fare changes by the supplier after confirmation.

5. Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods as disclosed at checkout. All transactions are SSL-secured. By making payment, you authorize FlyJourney to charge the stated amount.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal and travel information
• Ensure traveler names match government-issued ID
• Review your booking confirmation for errors promptly
• Arrive at the airport with sufficient time before departure
• Comply with all airline rules, policies, and check-in requirements

7. Limitation of Liability

FlyJourney is not liable for flight delays, cancellations, or service failures by the actual airline. Our total liability shall not exceed the service fees paid to FlyJourney.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
